DESCRIPTION

Head/neck:

  • Look left/right (x3)
  • Move head side to side (x3)
  • Move head up and down (x3)

Shoulders/arms:

  • Roll shoulders back
  • Roll elbows back
  • Swing arms back (repeat forwards)

Back:

  • happy cat, sad cat (x5)

Legs:

  • 5 pike toe touches
  • 5 straddle toe touches

Ankles:

  • Rotate ankles in both directions
  1. Make sure they dont overstretch/ dont pull muscles (especially kneck/head)
  2. Ask them if they need to stretch anywhere else/have a particular stretch they want to do.
