Head/neck:

Look left/right (x3)

Move head side to side (x3)

Move head up and down (x3)

Shoulders/arms:

Roll shoulders back

Roll elbows back

Swing arms back

(repeat forwards)

Back:

happy cat, sad cat (x5)

Legs:

5 pike toe touches

5 straddle toe touches

Ankles:

Rotate ankles in both directions
