This was the obstacle course set up for week one for training.
* Kids start by practing Lunge (arms up by there ears) into hand stand.
*Next is cartwheels (hands up by your ears) start with favorite leg pointed forward, put your hands on top of hands on red mat.
* climb across ladder, using hands first, feet follow (no standing because it will fall over)
*Short purple beams is used for backwards beam walking. Hands out to the side, slowly put one foot behind the other.
*Large low beam is used for practicing walking forward with hands up by your ears. Balance
*Forward rolls on cheese. strart with standing on the mat, hands up by our ears, bend knees into forward roll and try to land with feet up under you to stand (reach for the clouds)
*crawl through the tunnel
