This section of the session is where I am going to use bridge work and use the skills we learnt from last week and adapt it into doing the backward roll.
Last week we worked on forward rolls and doing it properly, i am going to use the steps principal to develop the control of the forward rolll.
S: Create two lines they must stay inside when rolling.
T: Forward Roll, keeping tucked in and controled
E: Mats and cones to work within
P: KS1 Complete beginners that attempt the action one at a time. This way I can give personal feedback and help the (P) with control.
S: The sucess will be if everyone is controlled and tucked in and I feel that they are capable of performing the backward roll with assistence.
