As the sutednts go on a journey around the room with a body movment that reflects different forms of transports. elg train, plane, bike, car. ask the clas which parts of the body are moving.

Try to get all five main body areas working and then bring them in for a quick discussion about body parts anf balance.

The five main body are core (front and back), arms, legs head and shoulders.
