Testing Station: Forward Roll on Floor
1) SPOTTING STATION: Yoga Mat: Forward Roll on Floor- Stand on the yoga mat, get in a tuck position with head down and do a forward roll on the floor to the USA SIGN (Coach should spot by tucking their head down and lifting them at the hips through their roll so you have control over their body movement)
2) Barrel/ Hopscotch Mat/ Flag/ Cone: Walking Plank- Roll your belly over the barrel into a plank position (feet on the barrel) and walk your hands to the end of the mat to reach the FLAG
3) French Fries/ Sparklers: Leaps- Leap over the french fries holding the SPARKLERS
4) Wedge: Log roll- Roll down the hill like PARACHUTE FIREWORKS
5) Red Block: Lever- Place hands on the red block, kick up one leg straight like FLAG POLE
