DESCRIPTION

Testing Station: P-Bar Swings

  • Able to hang onto the bar in a tuck position
  • Swings on the P-bars with knees up
  • Can swing across the P-bars in a tuck position all the way across (can put feet down in between swings)

1) Blue Bar/ Stairs: Front Support- Walk up the stairs and push up on the bar to your front support by the ORANGE LOLLIPOP

2) High Bar: Pike Hang- Hang from the bar and bring your toes to the bar by the JELLY BEANS in a folded pike hang

3) L-Sit Bars/ Bean Bag: L-Sits- Place a COLORED BEAN BAG on your lap & push up on the bars, keep legs straight

4) P-Bars: P-Bar Swings- Hang onto the bars and swing over the COLORED DOTS to the other side

5) Rings/ Hoop/ Pit Cube: Tuck Hang Drop- Do a tuck hang & squeeze the PIT CUBE between your knees, swing and drop the cube in the HOOP
