DESCRIPTION

Testing: Chin Up Hold on Bars

  • Able to hold chin to bar by themselves
  • Can use overhand or underhand grip on bars
  • Hang in tuck or L- shape position
  • Hold for 3 seconds

1) SPOTTING STATION: Blue Bar: Chin Hold- Bring chin to the bar by the WORM and hold it; legs in tuck position

2) High Bar/ Caterpillar: Leg Lifts- Hang from bar, hold CATERPILLAR between your feet and lift legs up

3) Stepping Stones/ Bugs/ Spoon/ Bins: Tip Toe Walk- Tip toe walk like a BUG across the stepping stones & carry the BUGS to the bin with a spoon

4) P-bars: Bear Crawl- Crawl like a bug over the BIG BUGS on the P-bars

5) Rings/ Dot: Tuck Swing- Swing feet over the ANT HILL
