DESCRIPTION

Testing Station: Table

  • Sit with knees bent and arms behind you
  • Push hips up to make belly flat
  • Hold for 3 seconds

1) Wedges/ Easter Baskets: Leap- Carry the EASTER BASKET up the hill, leap over and walk down the hill

2) Hoop: Bear Dance- Dance around the EASTER BASKET with hands on the floor, kicking up feet in a donkey kick

3) SPOTTING STATION: Panel Mat: Backward Roll- Lay down with head off the panel mat, place pizza hands on the floor and lift toes over nose in a backward roll, land on your feet

4) 2 Red Blocks/ Bunny Ears: 2 Feet Jumps- Put on your BUNNY EARS and jump up and down on the red blocks with 2 feet

5) Dot/ egg: Table- Lay on the dot, place the EGG on your belly and make a table
