DESCRIPTION

Testing Station: Glide Swing with Barrel

  • Able to hang from bar and push barrel back & forth 2Xs
  • Keeps legs straight and together
  • Pushes barrel with hips, not legs

1) Blue Bar/ Barrel: Glide Swing- Hang onto bar and push barrel back & forth with your feet by the I'M A LITTLE TEAPOT

2) SPOTTING STATION: High Bar/ Squeaker: L-Hang- Hang from the bar with legs out straight in an L shape over the squeaker (don't crack HUMPTY DUMPTY)

3) Stepping Stones/ Stars: Tip Toe Walk- Walk on tip toes over TWINKLE TWINKLE LITTLE STARS on the stepping stones

4) P-Bars: Bear Crawl- Crawl across the LONDON BRIDGE

5) Rings/ 2 Hoops: Tuck Swing- Swing over the WHEELS ON THE BUS (hoops)
