DESCRIPTION

Testing Station: Backward Roll off Panel Mat

  • Places "pizza" hands by ears on floor
  • Legs in tuck or pike position
  • Pulls toes over head and lands on feet or knees

1) 2 Wedges: Leaps- Run up the hill, leap over and run down the hill (Fly like a BIRD over the hill)

2) SPOTTING STATION: Panel Mat/ Velcro Hands: Backward roll- Lay on panel mat with hands on the floor, tuck legs and pull toes over your head; backward roll like a HAMSTER

3) Handstand Block: Lever- Hands on the block, kick up one leg and make a CAT tail

4) 3 French Fries: 2 Feet Jumps- Jump over the French fries with the DOG TOYS/ DISH

5) Squeaker: Superman/Super girl- Lay on squeaker with legs and arms up; swim like a FISH
