DESCRIPTION

Testing Station: Front Support

  • Child pushes themselves up on the bar
  • Holds self up on bars with strong, straight arms (no bent elbows)
  • Keeps legs together and straight

1) SPOTTING STATION: Low Bar/ Steps: Front Support- Push up with strong arms and bring your belly to the bar; stretch like a LONG NECK DINOSAUR

2) High Bar/ Wedge: Chin Hold- Hold your chin to the bar by the TRICERATOPS

3). L-sit bars/ Big Dino: L- sits- Place the DINO on your lap, hold onto bars & push up bottom; keep legs out straight & together

4) P-Bars/ Dinosaurs on Dots: Walk Sideways- Walk sideways across the P-Bars over the sleeping DINOSAURS

5) Rings/ Big Dino: Tuck Swing- Tuck swing over the BIG DINO on the rings
