1) Blue Bar/ Red Block: Chin Hold- Hold your chin to the bar by the ICE SKATER (stand on block if needed)
2) SPOTTED STATION: High Bar/ Blue Hoop: Pike Hang - Hang over the FROZEN POND in a pike position with straight legs
3) Pommel/ Skier: Hee Haws- Do donkey kicks around the pommel by the DOWNHILL SKIER
4) P- Bars/ Sliders (Frisbees): P- Bar Walk- Put sliders (frisbees) on your feet and walk with SNOWSHOES (slide your feet) across the bars
5) Rings/ Hoop/ Snowball: Tuck Swing- Take a SNOWBALL and squeeze it between your knees; tuck swing and drop the snowball in the hoop
