In this Drill the team is split into two lines, a defending and an attacking line. the attacking line gets a football and starts at the cone.The defender also starts at their cone. When the whistle is blown both the attacker and the defender will start sprinting towards the cone in front of theirs. The attacker holding the ball will need to run around the top cone and score a touchdown before the defender runs around their cone and effects a touch.
