Handball Drill
Separate into two teams within the 50 meter line (give bibs)
They each allocate 1 player to stand outside of 50m line
Goal is to handpass to your teammates 5 times
After 5 handpasses, that player must kick to allocated player outside of 50m line. The player catching must not move in order to mark ball
Rules-
Player with the ball cannot move
No contact
Turnovers if ball hits the ground or intercepted
After 5 passes all teams to remain still for kick
One goal is 5 passes and marked kick.
Perfect handpasses and communication are the focus.
Add second football to ramp intensity up.
