First drill is running forward and hand balling to the leading player and this is repeated over and over.
second drill is whoever has the ball in the line throws it up in front of the leading player so they can take a mark they then throw it up to the next person in line.
Next drill is middle person starts with the ball they run up and have to handball to their team mates and then back to the middle person in the line in front of them, the other group do the exact same thing so its a continuous circuit.
