DESCRIPTION

G kicks to O on a strong lead - B can receive off O - and then Y off B - then kicks to G on a Hard Lead. The idea is to exchange quick hands off a mark and keep the ball going with good speed. - Timing with the run to receive receive is the key in moving the ball with good speed - same on the lead to the kick timing. - they can hand pass long, short with soft hands and plenty off chat.
