COACHING POINTS

Coach rolls ball into Yellow Grid. Blue team enters grid as defenders. Yellow Team attempts to get 10 handballs


Once successful / unsuccessful coach rolls ball into red grid. Losing team then transitions as defensive team trying to stop red team getting 10 handballs.


Process repeats.
