Red team is kicked the ball and enters match sim. They work the ball up to the coach at the far end and then back to original coach. Once ball reaches original coach, bang transition Blue can get the ball. Rinse and repeat.
If defence win the ball, the defender sits and is rewarded with a rest (stuck in the mud style).
