Which session first?

Plz answer this question. If a cricketer (or any athlete) is having to do 2 sessions at the same time for example Weight training amp; cardio session or weights amp; speed amp; agility session. Which session should come first cardio or strength session. Speed amp; agility Or weights. Thanx!

weights before cardio if you do cardio first you wont have the energy left to to improve your strength i would also say do agility before weight ladder work is good for foot work hope this help keddy
