subscription

I have paid for a subscription and access to drills etc is still locked. I have emailed and still have had no response.Look forward to hearing from you. Leanne

Thanks for your question. We sent you two emails on 10th March and 14th March - you may need to check your junk emails. We are unable to find an active subscription under the account you have asked this question on. Could your account be under a different email address? If you would like to email us at info@sportplan.com with the last four digits of your card used for payment and the date of payment we should be able to locate your account this way.
