I am a teenage girl . people often teases me as am short.but my pt teacher chosed me for competitions. he brought back my potential and dream , he made me work for it.I want to make him proud. i am not so accurate and perfect. I need to improve myself a lot. what all should I do to improvise my sprinting speed?
