Gets your players to play lots of points within a short space of time with this plan; ideal for players with a tennis competition coming up. We start with restricted games, allowing players to think about a specific tactic, and lead into unrestricted points - where anything goes.
Tennis can be a very long game and requires concentration, stamina and skill (who can forget the Wimbledon 2010 Isner v Mahut match, lasting 11 hours and 5 minutes!)
This match lasted as long as it did because both players were playing the game one shot at a time!

Designed to work several players at once this rallying session will really get your players working and thinking hard! - By imposing restrictions on some of these games and not on others you can encourage players to stop and think about how they are playing the game and whether they might be more successful if they adopted a different strategy.
