With 19 drills, all but one of which include videos, this is the perfect session for you to improve your player's tennis skills and fitness.
What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio tennis is a part of the sport that often goes unnoticed. It is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best bits of tennis with cardiovascular exercise to delivery a full body, calorie burning workout.
What's in the Session?
We begin with dynamic stretching and fun warm ups for your players before getting them to work on their baseline shots with two demanding drills. We then teach your players to respond and hustle, ensuring they learn how to react quickly, before working on their delivery. Our final drills then involve players taking part in 'ping pong' tennis, which can be done with large or small groups before a well deserved cool down finishes a hard session for your players.
