This week we work your players hard with a mixture of fitness games and circuits to prepare their bodies for the physical demands of rugby.
What's in the Session?
Starting slowly with a conditioned game of touch (with 3 teams) we then roll up our sleeves with 10 Rugby Circuits.
Players work for 2 minutes in their pairs at each station. Stations include sprints, passing endurance, wrestling and 1v1 challenges. There's a real variety in there to ensure your players won't get too tired or bored.
