This session plan focuses on support play and decision making. It will help your players to make quick decisions under pressure and will provide them with the ability to scan defences for weaknesses as well as highlighting the key roles and responsibilities of the primary support player.
To get your players engaged from the word "Go" we open with a conditioned game of support touch, designed to encourage support play. From this point we slowly build things up, developing the skill before finishing with a full contact game of Turnover Reaction
