Players line up in pairs facing each other with about 5 metres between them. The attacking player dribbles towards the defending player. As they approach the defender they should make the move to throw the ball. It is the defender's job to push the ball away as the attacker goes to throw, using the hand that is closest to the ball.

Players A and B throw their balls towrds the throw off line. They grabb each others ball/ Player B dribbles around the cones and throws at the goal at goalkeeper D. Player A dribbles to to goalkeeper C and throws at the goal there. Defenders F and G try to prevent the goalshot and steal the ball when attackers are dribbling. They try to force  the attackers to the most difficult angel when throwing the ball at the goal.

Player A dribbles to to goalkeeper C and throws at the goal there. Defenders 1 and 2 try to prevent the goalshot and steal the ball when attackers are dribbling. They try to force  the attackers to the most difficult angel when throwing the ball at the goal. Defenders 3 and 4 block the goalshots actively going to attackers A and B. A and B should then pass to incoming pivot F and wing player E.

Player A takes the balls and shoots at the goal. Defender 1 tries to make it a bit more difficult to shoot at the goal, but player A can still shoot more ot less freely at the goal.

Players work in groups of 6. Blue 1 and 2, and blue 3 and 4 alternately pass the ball back and forth in their pairs. The job for the defenders is to move out to try and intercept the ball. They can also then put pressure on the attacker and try to snatch the ball from their hands. After the attacker has passed the ball players retreat back to the middle and repeat on other side. Swap pairs around every 2 minutes.

4 attackers, 2 defenders and 1 ball. Attackers stand in a square and pass the ball in a clockwise direction. The defenders' job is to run out and put pressure on the attacker. They know where the pass is going so their job is to hassle the attacker and try to dispossess them.

Pass from feeder A to B, who comes forward to bind defender 2. Then pass from B to C who binds defender 1 and passes to pivot D who sprints to the green cone, turns around and receives pass from C and shoots at the goal.

A passes to B and receives ball back and throws at the goal. A runs to the balls in the centre, takes one and dribbles towards 9 mtr line and throws at the goal. A runs to left back position takes a ball and passes to C, receives back the ball and throws at the goal. A changes position with C who start the same series from the left. Defender 1 blocks the shots from 7 metres or he may come forward.

A passes to B, runs around the cone, duels with defender 1, receives the ball back from B who tries to get past defender 2, passes to A who tries to score a goal.

Blue players must try and switch the ball from one side of the court to the other, by passing it to each player. The red players are trying to intercept the pass. Blue players must play the ball in front of the receiving player for them to run onto and then pass on again.
