DESCRIPTION

  • Put the apparatus away.

    • Ask the children to tip toe along with tiny steps from one side of the hall to the other - slowly !.

    Choose children to demonstrate their favourite stretching movement.

  • Ask the children to touch their forehead. Is it the same as when they did the warm up ?

  • Put the apparatus away.

    • Ask the children to demonstrate all the different ways of sliding around the room. This should be done slowly.

    • Ask to show each other their favourite movement. Ask them if they can do bg stretched out steps to walk across the hall.
