Gymnastics Drill Demonstration


Starting from Wide Shape:

  • Slow arm circles from Wide Shape and back to Wide Shape 
  • Lift into a Wide Shape Balance 
  • Twist into Arabesque Balance 
  • Twist back to Wide Shape Balance 
  • End in Upright Standing
  • Repeat on other leg.
