DESCRIPTION

Full straddle forward roll from straight standing.

COACHING POINTS

From standing in a straight shape fold at the hips and stretch arms either side of the legs

Place hands on the mat.

Eyes watch hands.

Press down on hands and pull head well under hips.

Roll forward along arms, shoulders, and rounded back.

Stretch legs wide to straddle position whilst rolling.

At the finish maintain straddle position, with arms stetched out wide.
