Description
Pupils begin by holding the club at waist height and parallel to the ground, looking straight forward (1). Tip from the hips, keeping the back straight, allowing the club to fall until the club reaches the ground (2). Gently soften the knees until the knees are above the middle of the feet (3). The weight should be felt equally on the balls of the feet.
