Player throws ball high in the air and wait for ball to drop before catching the ball on the laces to control it.
Form a sqaure with players evenly split across the four corners Working diagnally players must look to dribble across, avoiding those also working across the square The more space they have the bigger toucher they can take
Play the ball up with your foot and let it bounce. Alternate between bounce and kick.
Use alternate feet to keep the ball in the air. Often a players weaker foot won't be as good in this drill, which means it can be improved. Drill helps improve a players touch and control.
There are 4 groups, in a square shape, with even numbers in each corner Start of slow, getting your participants to walk through it You can then make it harder by increasing the speed and decreasing the size of the square
