Footwork and Movement
Players work in groups of 3, with one ball per group. The ball starts on the side with two players. The first player in the line passes to the opposite side and then follows their own pass. The receiving player catches the ball and then also passes and follows their own pass. Drill continues. Players must move laterally from one end of the court to the other while performing this skill.
Player 1 dribbles to the cone before passing to player 2, and then proceeds to continue their run to the next cone. They then make a cut to receive the pass and then turn and shoot.
P1 is in triple threat position. P2 & P3 make a V-cut run looking to receive the pass from P1. P1 can pass to either side. After passing P1 looks to receive the pass back after making a V-cut run and then shoots a lay-up. P2 & P3 follow up for the rebound and then all rotate one spot anti so that the drill continues.
Setup the practice as shown. Player 1 starts with the ball with player 2 making a flash (sprint) cut to the elbow. Player 3 sprints to the cones in front of the before maing an L cut. Player 1 then passes the ball to player 2 who pivots and passes the ball to player 3 to shoot.
Play 4 versus 4 at one basket. No dribbling allowed. Alternate possession. Play to eleven.
2 is in triple threat position (i) 1, 3 & 4 all are v-cutting (ii)2 pass to 4 (iii)2 cut to basket (iii)1 down screen for 3 (iv) 4 pass to any player for shot rebound & rotate clockwise
2 can screen away for 1 3 (after coming off 1s screen> comes toward ball as shown 4 can pass to 2 or 1 for shot
3 players in key, coach bounces ball in. Everyone is competing for the ball. Player who gets a shot in returns to the line and another player comes in. It is continuous play.
Player now makes a V cut, imagines the defender is over-playing him and makes a Back Cut or Backdoor Cut. Receives pass and shoots.

Players must throw a self pass by putting throwing the ball ahead of themselves with back spin before jumping and catching the ball. After having caught the ball players should land solidly on both feet before then selecting which way they are going to pivot in order to shield and protect the ball from the imaginary defender.
Player simulating passing situation and then ball retention. Awareness of player to pass, ball between hands, under control, alert to pass. Protection of the ball, involves placing body between ball and opposing (invisible) player
Player simulating regain of ball control and protection.

Players . 2 and 4 run towarsds each other on meeting they both run of the pretend screen/defender and make them selves available to recieve the ball ( keeping receiving hand up as a target) Player dribbling looks up and as soon as the player is available passes the ball. Receiving playersd take a shot and sollect the rebound to pass the ball back to the next two player by the 3 point line.
