Discus
Move weight across to the left using disc ball, with the arm at a right angle to the body.
The feet should be kicked ahead of other body.
Both feet turn towards the direction of the throw with the hip moving ahead of the arm.
The athlete drives forward with legs lifting right heel and turning right foot. The arm movement is fast and last.
Athlete demonstrates a Standing Throw. Use of the hips, shoulders and upper torso for twist and extra rotation, to generate power.
