The arms are swinging out wide in the backwards phase of the arm drive this wayward arm action upsets the rhythm of the upper body and causes the head to rotate
This performer is running with the head tilted back Eyes focusing upwards Also the line of running is not in a straight line
It is important that the athletes leave the block low and hard have a look and see if you can spot the differences
