DESCRIPTION

The exercise routine should begin with light jogging to increase heart rate. This will be followed by dynamic stretching. The stretching will consist of lunges, leg swings, arm circles, and torso twists. The warm-up routine will culminate with throwing some pairs of varying distance while paying attention to proper technique.
