DESCRIPTION

SKILL FOCUS: Dribbling, shooting, blocking and agility in hockey. EQUIPMENT: Tables or marker cones to mark the playing area (20m x 10m). Two small nets or mark it with cones. Hockey sticks and puck. WHAT TO DO: Two learners A and B will stand inside the playing area at the goal posts. In the middle of the play area will be the puck. On the word go A and B will run with their hockey stick towards die middle to hit the puck. Member A and B are not allowed to crossover the middle, if so they are disqualified. Member A and B must try to score a goal. If A or B score a goal the other member must go stand at the back of the line (shadow players). The first in line shadow player will face the king. The shadow player becomes the new challenger and will start round two. They can still move closer to the middle line to shoot a goal but not allowed to cross the line. The game continues for 10 minutes. The winner is the member who scored the most goals (the one who is the King the most).
