Players in both corners with pucks. Start at same time. RED "F" goes down towards last cone-takes high slot shot-NO dekes/ NO rebounds-quick turn/transition around cone back up ice. BLUE "F" does same course-goping down low around last cone-turning up ice. Makes pass to Red F and they pass back and forth up the middle of ice. BLUE F gets puck at about blue line-goes in for shot -Red F follows in for possible rebound/pass. SWITCH lines after each turn.
