COACHING POINTS

Key points: Shooting in stride and athleticism/stamina. With 4-5 kids in each group, these players will be exhausted by the end of this drill. No need to reverse sides on this drill as the number of turns is equal. Whichever coach is running this drill, keep on the kids to maintain speed throguhout the drill. They need to be pushed. This is the station where the cardiovascular is being tested so do not let them cheat.
