P3 attacks the net and P4 takes a good angle to defend or keep P3 wide. have players race head to head or team relay race if equal skill. P1 skates towards the stick and two foot hops over the stick and stops at the far stick. Skates back to the close stick stops again. Skates and jumps the far stick then superman slides under the bumper cave and returns to line. Make sure player is stopping facing same direction to work both sides. Nets are back to back. Players can score any net should be encouraged to carry puck or pass behind net to keep pressure on goalies.
