Defenders centre ice with pucks, attackers to start in corners. On the whistle both defenders will make a pass to the opposite corner, skating around the circle and transitioning to face the play. Attacks will start skating once pass is made, collect at top of circles and carry the puck along the boards. 1v1, defenders will control the gap and guide player wide. WHEN APPROPRIATE, defenders will use a small amount of contact to bring attacker to the boards. Attackers are to wait until across the blue line to cut in. - Heads up- Gap Control- Accurate Passing- Stick on stick, body on body
