Players and Coaches line up on opposite sides of the blue line at each end. Coaches lay down a stick handing aid or part of a stick to make the net slightly smaller (1/3). If the player scores the coaches must skate, if they miss the players skate.
Make sure thatthe players do not cheat, they must stop on the goal line and come back hard. Have fun
