
STATION 1: Players (X) line up in nuetral zone with pucks. Skate into zone shoot puck ON NET. Goalie STOPS puck, controls and passes puck to D beside net. "X" skates down and around both cones. Y passes puck to X-who comes in for shot. After shot, X goes to Y position and is now passer. Y skates along middle barrier and gets into X line. Empahasize good passes, and Y timing the pass as X turns cone. STATION 2: "X" skates in to blue line and dumps puck down the boards-wrapping around behind net. "X" follows dump in-stopping at hash marks...."Y" (defense) skates along barrier and picks up puck. "Y "skates towards "X" and passes to the hash marks. X takes puck around cone -Y skates up to first cone-transitions backward and becomes Defense for a 1 vs 1 on goalie. Players switch lines after each rep. Players to skate towards barrier/blue line after their turn. STATION 3: Player X starts in corner with pucks. Carries puck up-making bank pass at first cone. Then UNDER OBSTACLE...TOE DRAG ....PULL PUCK BACK AND UP THROUGH LEGS.At far end-player goes around cone-makes pass to COACH at side barrier-coach gives puck back to player-player takes puck and does a full 360 around each cone-FULL STOP at last cone. Back in line.
