
Station 1: "O" starts in corner. "X" with pucks just a few feet away. "O" skates up boards-getting pass from "X" at the hash marks. "O" skates around circle and comes in and takes shot on net-"O" continues to skate around other circle. "X" skates with another puck behind net-giving "O" another pass at circle hash marks. "O" skates around circle for a LOW shot on net. EMPHASIZE LOW SHOT. After "X" makes 2nd pass-they skate in front of net for screen/tip shot on goalie. Players switch lines after every turn. Station 2: Players line up on one side of boards-2 seperate lines with pucks. Both players start at same time-carrying puck around cones-FULL 360 around last cone. Skate down the center-passing the puck to next player in line. Puck control, speed, heads up. Station 3: 2 lines just outside blue line. Coach behind net with pucks. first player skates hard to hash marks-full stop-ready for wrap around pass from coach. Takes puck up to blue line-around cone and makes an immediate pass to coach-who has moved over to the side of the net. Coach returns pass in high slot for player to attempt a one timer shot on net. After shot-next player on other side does the same drill. Good passes, one timers, puck control.
