Players begin behind the cones in front of the net, on the coaches command the players break to get behind the net and take the puck off the coach with the puck. players battle for puck possesion and then on the coaches command they work to get to the front of the net for a shot.
Make sure the players are not cheating and using their bodies for possisitioning. Coach behind the net will try to make sure that puck battles are fair and free of penalities.
