
Adv: P 1 pass to P2 then attack net. P3 must box out defend. P 2 must remain below goalline but can move behind can't shoot. If 3 wins the puck and passes to 2 they become off. For young group keep one player off and one D. Off tries to get open and score. D can get puck pass to coach. Justin: Start with two players in the middle and the rest have a flag. Send two at a time giving time for next wave to get flags ready. If smaller group send 1 at a time to give a 1 on 1 battle. Drew/Bruno: Tell players to line up on each tire. Make a creative move on the stick then skate and pass the player on the other side. Pass to the next player in line. Joey: Work on skating backwards. Adv groups can add a pivot as well. Simple for young groups. Zac: Adv: One player start backwards get a puck passed. Step with puck and attack the net. Angling player try to force the shot wide. Young group P1 can carry around or skate and pick up a puck near the tire.
