
Blue Goes behind the opposite net and one player grabs a puck and they attack 2 on 0. Both players should touch the puck before shooting. Two red players leave and defend a 2 on 2. Blue must get a new puck behind their own net and attack again. After they shoot or a whistle they rejoin their line. Now Red continues the drill by grabbing a puck behind the far net and attacking 2 on 0. After they shoot the drill goes back the other way with 2 blue players defending a 2 on 2.
Can begin without going continuous. Can add 3 on 3. (All players dont have to skate all the way back to the puck. Final variation 3 on 1 into 3 on 3 or even 4 on 0 into 4 on 4.
