
All colors begin by carrying a puck the same direction. One coach stands with each color and tells the next player when to go and how many laps. Slower skaters tell them 1 or 1/2. Faster skaters can try for 3-5. After 1 lap a player can lap or try for another. Start sending 1 team the opposite direction. Players must keep their heads up. Progress to two teams clockwise and two teams counter clockwise. Partner Pass. coach wait a few seconds before sending the next group. Space them out. Send them all the same direction. Have one team go the oppostie way and steal pucks Carry and score on any of the 4 nets. After shooting Defending players must continue in the opposite direction. Other 3 teams must stay the same direction. If you have your puck stolen you must chase the player and dig it out of the net.
