players line up in neutral zone. 1 support player (coach if available) behind goal line. Coach dumps puck into zone. first to puck is offense, second group defends. Teams can score on either net. The "support" can be utilized by either team. Each team MUST make at least one pass before a shot, using the support player counts as a pass. After a shot on net/goal--teams change from offense to defense. Again, must make a pass before a shot. Support player can move to create space and passing lanes. Try and make each "shift" 90 secs or so. After shift is over, players exit the zone fast.
