
Players must both move to a good passing lane. Carrier eyes up flat, hard pass. receiver continue skating, call for puck, quick release. Flip Drill. Make sure to use forehand and backhand. Freeze tag while stopping on tires to be safe. Second time through this station (While first group is doing the flipped drill 2) Players play keep away. (Middle Zone) In between every station on coach's whistle all players on the ice scramble to the neutral zone and must score all the pucks vs the goalie. Each player must touch the puck at some point. When all pucks are in the glove or in the net rotate stations.
